Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with Popscornstore. We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing the following business day.

The carrier is assigned at the time of dispatch based on service availability for your delivery address. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Tracking
After your order leaves our facility, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@popscornstore.com.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the contents before opening the product further, and contact us at info@popscornstore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@popscornstore.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
